I poked around on Blogger long enough that I FINALLY removed the cat! I was about to NAME it! HA! I worked on a backing today and a bit on On Ringo Lake. I am running hot and cold working on it. I will get there. Pictures tomorrow of my quilt on the frame. Thanks for visiting!Bethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18228272999302748449noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34863330.post-85690999648140383922018-01-05T13:20:00.002-08:002018-01-05T13:20:52.165-08:00is it 2018 ALREADY!Wow!<br />
<br />
I have updated my theme on my blog, but I cannot get rid of that cat! That seems to be my problem lately. Now, I LIKE cats... BUT ..our next door neighbors feed feral cats. That means there are cats and the resulting evidence that they have been there ALL OVER my yard. SIGH. I will work on the cat picture. Its a pretty cat, but I only have a dog.<br />
<br />
Loading a backing today and having a virtual sew- in with my California BFF tomorrow. Hoping to get quilting on it tonight. Won't get there sitting here blogging! HA! Pictures when its gifted...or maybe a peek while I am doing the binding.<br />
<br />
Still slogging away on On Ringo Lake. I have 2 clues complete, and 2 in progress. Seems to be my MO....I cannot do just ONE thing, or cut out ALL of one clue in one sitting. If you have no idea what I am talking about, Bonnie Hunter has a mystery that is still live at <a href="http://www.quiltville.blogspot.com/onringolakemystery" target="_blank">On Ringo Lake</a>. I am doing her colors, which are not intuitive to me. I have learned to go with it and use it as a color study. The reveal is GORGEOUS. If you don't want to see the final quilt yet, don't look at Clue 9!<br />
<br />
Back to the sewing machine...I WILL get that backing pieced...I WILL!Bethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18228272999302748449noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34863330.post-49565865624680693912017-07-20T13:19:00.000-07:002017-07-20T13:19:48.107-07:00mystery clues 1 & 2I am joining in the QOV mystery over at <a href="http://alyciaquilts.blogspot.com/">alyciaquilts</a>. My friend was helping me load my car and I fell. I think my ankle turned and I fell off the curb. It happened so fast and I dont' even want to remember it. It HURT! There is a chance my ankle is broken as I still cannot put any weight on it. I will have it looked at-promise! This is my view for the time being:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

coffee, remotes, chargers</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
ice, and everything I can think of</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
IN REACH.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I promise: just up for bathroom breaks and food</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

We got to meet her new sister also!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This pattern was from Missouri Star Quilt Company. It was quick and fun!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Too bad it took me so long to decide about the backing and quilting. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am working on making a decision DAILY...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Today? What to quilt on the next block on the Carpenters Star quilt.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Yesterday I finished the top border and started stitching in the ditch. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Feels good to keep going.....too bad I spun my wheels with my knitting!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I cast on one project over 10 times...5 each with two diff yarns.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Tried an easy pattern...didn't like the yarn and the needles. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
FINALLY I went stash diving and selected a diff yarn...and got a nice gauge.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I will post a picture when I get a bit farther along.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also wound a hank of yarn into a cake..and got dye ALL over my hands.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I asked for suggestions on Ravelry and it looks like I will have to </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
reskein it and soak out the excess dye. Then I am putting ALL my knitting away!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(except the one I just cast on and can handle at the moment! HA!)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for visiting!</div>

I spent yesterday and today loading a quilt on my frame. A KING size quilt. I have been doing lots of searching online for ideas and today I STARTED...<br />
<br />
Three sides have 3 borders and the top only has one. How to deal with a large border? I decided to keep it tone on tone. That border will be under the pillows at the top of the bed. I will use this same design on the largest of the 3 borders on the other sides.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkXCP6YcDoKr5boVFUXVu0ScXpqbS11UFW91xBod0dfxAdKgyYYvxxEAEgIV9o0gDgAr8-aJPnjNYfJ9OKx227OCVpf09DE1U55T2c_NIaAB1w7L27EaNpx2HpOYnTKYWIMQ75qA/s1600/carpentersstar1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkXCP6YcDoKr5boVFUXVu0ScXpqbS11UFW91xBod0dfxAdKgyYYvxxEAEgIV9o0gDgAr8-aJPnjNYfJ9OKx227OCVpf09DE1U55T2c_NIaAB1w7L27EaNpx2HpOYnTKYWIMQ75qA/s320/carpentersstar1.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is Modern Leaf from<a href="http://www.inboxjaunt.com/">The Inbox Jaunt</a>. Its one of my favorite sites for great ideas</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
and step by step tutorials. I know Lori has Craftsy classes too if you are interested. She is</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
very generous with her talents!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I still have more border to deal with but I have made ONE decision for today! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am on my way....</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(oh, and I REALLY like this leaf. I will use it again soon!)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
PS: my trip out of the house today was to the dog park. Buddy was VERY happy!Tomorrow is my Thursday craft/quilt group. That will hit the 'out of the house everyday' AND the 'sew everyday' goals. That makes me happy....</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
How are YOUR New Years goals coming along?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

I will not fess up to what it is until its found or replaced. Just learn from my house! I found part of what was missing on the floor in front of the washer, so naturally, I checked around the laundry room. NOPE ..nada ...ZILCH. I moved the dryer and then the washer. nope, nada , zilch...BUT I DID find:<br />
<br />
9 socks, a pillowcase, a 'AHEM' bra (that does not FIT anymore!), a cleaning cloth, dental floss, a used Color Catcher, 40 cents in change, a bag of travel laundry supplies and a paint brush!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
and don't forget to look elsewhere! I found this </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
sock HANGING on the water line!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I love those doggy socks!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
(that makes TEN socks!)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

AND a new baby!OK! I know I caught you with the new baby tag...so she will go first!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Meet Lucy! Born last night just ONE day (actually one HOUR) past her </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
due date! All are well!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
THIS Mimi is HOOKED! It might have something to do with the fact that</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
when her Daddy put the phone close while we were Facetiming.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
and Mimi started talking to her...she quieted..and turned her head to look where </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
the voice was coming from!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
So back to my goals...I have been doing pretty well on the 'leaving the house' goal. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Well, except for Saturday..it was rainy, cold and I never even got out of my jammies!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I DID clean off my big ironing station, sewed and redid the last border for the King quilt</div>

for Dad. SO that is the step back</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The two steps forward?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I put the last two borders on the king quilt </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(what is YOUR stumbling block in quilting? </div>

Mine?...BORDERS....S I G H)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
and</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am QUILTING today! I think its been at least two months.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I have a baby quilt on the frame ,</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
a plan for quilting,</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
AND the machine is threaded and ready to rock and roll!</div>

(Oh! I forgot that I get credit for 4 loads of laundry today. </div>

<br />
I hope you are warm and dry where ever you are this Friday. I am still tucked up in my chair- legs covered in a quilt...uh oh! Coffee cup is empty.....<br />
<br />
I am doing pretty well with my 2017 goals. I have been out of the house everyday. Somedays its a quick errand and that is well within my goal. Today I am expecting a couple friends to come sew tonight. A pot of chicken tortilla soup will appear...and maybe a batch of rolls (I have a new recipe!)<br />
<br />
Sewing is happening too. Yesterday I made two more Trip around the World blocks. I think I now have one too many! I might make a couple more and piece them on the back. I am loving this and the blocks are fun to sew<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTpazo_LdVfwXPco3cdY8WsYD0nRya6aHqw6SFiMFypzsifQnbnFsozfesOAd719b-FAabdhAoYdBSmr4Lf3QwFJVcLo-e5mp-HYbyFf7wzKcuoWOUZrhFw442xzijlsklQAuYMw/s1600/totwa.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTpazo_LdVfwXPco3cdY8WsYD0nRya6aHqw6SFiMFypzsifQnbnFsozfesOAd719b-FAabdhAoYdBSmr4Lf3QwFJVcLo-e5mp-HYbyFf7wzKcuoWOUZrhFw442xzijlsklQAuYMw/s320/totwa.JPG" width="240" /></a><br />this is the basic block. It loaded sideways...not sure why as the other picture loaded</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
JUST FINE!</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL8iXhFgcV0IUXm7uumBzQKb5w4eAsXod9RZz_cvzNAHCkAIl89AmolUyUrZCpVx2Zuzs6YKi9T5kJ-6A8O1c6hGp9oFR6DTbh4vVTU8FHbCND1qm1Dou7mUfdwc71RrUxLU2YcQ/s1600/totwb.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL8iXhFgcV0IUXm7uumBzQKb5w4eAsXod9RZz_cvzNAHCkAIl89AmolUyUrZCpVx2Zuzs6YKi9T5kJ-6A8O1c6hGp9oFR6DTbh4vVTU8FHbCND1qm1Dou7mUfdwc71RrUxLU2YcQ/s320/totwb.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This was just how the first blocks got slapped on the design wall.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
They have been moved to a bigger wall, so when I have made all I want, I will post</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
a picture of the final layout. This is a Bonnie Hunter free pattern. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I can post a link if anyone is interested. This is ALL scraps. My friend is doing one too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
when I cut a strip of neutral for me, I cut one for her. Then we traded for more variety.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I used more than just tone on tone and the variety is lovely. It really</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
gives some movement in the back ground. This is going to be mine! And there may be more </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
of this pattern. Its easy and not time consuming...but the layouts and color possibilities are endless!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
And the there is THIS</div>

My knitting group. They are a nice group of ladies with lots of advise and love to ooh and ahh over finished projects. Its a good morning out. I got gas at Costco and picked up DH dry cleaning.<br />
<br />
Off to the studio to work on the mystery quilt. I am a bit behind but ready to catch up. Pictures posted soon!Bethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18228272999302748449noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34863330.post-15052096640245826762017-01-04T06:19:00.000-08:002017-01-04T06:19:07.238-08:00Happy New Year! I have to ask, how do you feel about resolutions? I have never been a consistent MAKER Of them...much less KEEPER of them. This year I have resolved to make a few but call them GOALS. Resolutions seem to be made to be broken. Goals, if you stumble or miss a day, encourage you to get back up and keep going. Have you made any? How far do you think you will get? I hope I go all year!<br />
<br />
My two goals this year:<br />
<br />
1. get out of the house everyday. I have discovered in the past couple of yrs that I am an introvert. This will be a mystery to those who know me in person...I am a talker! HA! I read someplace that if you come home from a lively party....lots of people, lots of conversation...and you are energized-you are an extrovert. That is SO not me! Don't get me wrong...I like it. Often I am not excited about GOING, but I enjoy myself when I get there. When I get home I am ready to dive into my house and STAY THERE! This has spurred me to not schedule too many social activities in a week. Introvert is good....being a hermit is not. Going to the dog park, taking the dog for a walk or just going into the backyard are all acceptable.<br />
<br />
2. Sew something EVERYDAY. I am just a happier person. It lights up my soul. The colors...the textures..making something out of scraps. All of it. I am easier to live with... It gives my mind something to chew on...keeps it lively... It is a God given gift and I intend to use it daily!<br />
<br />
Happy New Year!<br />
<br />
PS 1a yesterday I went to the movies : Fantastic Beasts and where to find them. If you like Harry Potter you will like this. New characters and new creatures. I thought it was fun.<br />
<br />
2a I sewed parts of Bonnie Hunter's En Provence mystery and borders for my Dad's Carpenter's star quilt. I am behind 2 clues as I had ordered her ruler and it arrived yesterday. I was glad to have a reason to get going on his quilt. I want it on the frame by the end of the week. Two borders to go!Bethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18228272999302748449noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34863330.post-59399137829054396782014-10-14T14:20:00.001-07:002014-10-14T14:20:51.572-07:00What a trip! What a day!#1 Its EASTER! The best day in the Christian calendar. I enjoyed a wonderful service this morning. <a href="http://www.calvaryphx.com/">Calvary</a> was PACKED OUT! I got to view Good Friday service on line from...Chicago...see #2!<br />
<br />
<br />
#2 Sports Guy and I flew to Chicago on Thursday. He participated in a one day soccer camp-mostly to be seen by a college coach. Met the coach, SG spent the night in the dorm with one of the students, had a short walking tour of the campus on Sat am. He was offered a roster spot on the men's soccer team! He had already been accepted academically: Wheaton College. There are a few other schools in the running...and its HIS decision. <br />
<br />
<br />
#3 Our DD's birthday! So nice it fell on Easter! I will not get to celebrate with her till the end of May...but that is for another post...Happy Birthday ChicPilot!!<br />
<br />
and #4...drum roll please!! LAST but on the top of MY list today! Look what I was presented with!?<br />

They both had the same math class and were teammates on the varsity soccer team. Well, after pass his college entrance exam, he was allowed to come for a visit! He didn't get a chance to visit the Grand Canyon during his stay (he was BUSY! marching, jazz and concert band, varsity soccer and JV baseball. It was a quick year!), so we headed off on Tuesday to see the 'big hole in the ground" Its been many years since I had been there. Only a 3 1/2 hour drive, north thru Flagstaff, makes it an easy day. We planned to see the sunset. It did not disappoint!<br />

So, I took out 2 sides..and there is still too much on one side...Then it HIT me. I loaded the Minkee with the selvedges on the SIDES. It should have been loaded on the rollers. All I had to do was take out the 2 remaining sides of SID. I took my smallest rotary cutter and skinned between the top and batting. When I was finished..there was 5 mins and 48 seconds left on my timer. Tomorrow my 15 mins will be to take it off and reload. Want to take bets on how long it will take me? I THINK I only have THREE more 54-40 or Fight blocks. I am going to power thru those today...oh and keep putting blocks together on my Blueberries in the Park. For some reason, I am having trouble keeping my mind on the right way to press seams. I feel a bit OCD about the whole thing! I need that design wall for my Celtic Solstice!<br />
<br />
I have a baby quilt loaded on the frame with a Minkee backing...I tried SID around the 1st border. Can you say HUGE TUCK?? In the back. I am frogging one side and then I think I will see if I loaded the selvedges on the leaders. If I didn't, I think a reloading is in order. A small price of time to be HAPPY with what I quilted! No thread shredding at the moment! HALLELUIA!<br />
<br />
Hoping to have a picture or two on my next post. <br />
<br />
OH! The class I took with <a href="http://www.greenfairyquiltsblog.com/">Judy Madsen</a> of GreenFairyQuilts fame was a blast! I made her blog page!<br />
She was so much fun. I loved the EQ7 classes too. I have a 3rd class on my bucket list next time I see MaryEllen Kranz as the instructor. She went slow to start...and I learned ALOT that I will use. She solved a design dilemma with a quilt that needs to go up a bed size. WHEW! I think I will take my laptop next time I travel and see if I can get that puppy ready to sew! I cannot get AOL to bring up her website, so I will post it another time. GRRR..I HATE that. I KNOW the spelling is right..and I KNOW I went to that site last week...the link comes up when you use a search engine..but COX says NO WAY NO HOW. I think I better go do some laundry to get rid of my irritation!<br />

I am not finished with the green and orange 4 patches..I think I still need some of the 60 degree white/blue units for the 54-40 or Fight blocks..and I KNOW I have not done one of that unit in orange for the border. HOWEVER....I'm kinda sick of units and I want to piece BLOCKS. :::sheepish grin::: I will continue on those units piecemeal and as leaders and enders. I saw someone on the Monday Link up at <a href="http://quiltville.blogspot.com/">Quiltville's quips and snips</a>, that they had pieced the block with the chevron units differently. I am SUCH a star lover, that I decided to do some of each. Here are the two ways I will be using.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8AhvJH-P_PR8hSNC45lKqVNyskWCT4jNbXkYXh-hYLLpESIkhowHScoB6F0rNRodRIbUpNYRJ4DEdNKw_9dai58VcNd-pzjfLFmfhzm14IAJInPBm09ZLE8ezKKtQ80rQy0qsVg/s1600/dwm11314.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8AhvJH-P_PR8hSNC45lKqVNyskWCT4jNbXkYXh-hYLLpESIkhowHScoB6F0rNRodRIbUpNYRJ4DEdNKw_9dai58VcNd-pzjfLFmfhzm14IAJInPBm09ZLE8ezKKtQ80rQy0qsVg/s320/dwm11314.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The only difference in these blocks is the chevron units are turned pointed out</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
on the 'square' blocks and turned in on the stars.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
There will be 16 of the top block</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and 9 of the star. The placement of the outer unit stays the same in both blocks</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and that will keep the circular optical illusion </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
in tact.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am also piecing<a href="http://bzyqltr.blogspot.com/2014/01/scrappy-blue-saturday-or-whole-day-in.html"> Blueberries in the Park</a> blocks together.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That quilt is at the bottom of that post.</div>

While I was organinzing a bit, I came across three strippy blocks ready for their </div>

snowball corners. I 'snowballed' them..and one counts for this month as its <span style="color: blue;"><strong>BLUE</strong></span><span style="color: black;">!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am happy to report that I have enough of these to make a quilt! I guess I was doing a Rainbow Scrap quilt last year and didn't even know it...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I will start piecing that as soon as I have pieced THIS:</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="color: black;">Blueberries in the Park has all its blocks made as of today.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am happy with its layout and will start putting the blocks together tonight. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I get a bit of exercise as the blocks are on a design wall in a different room</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
than my sewing machine. I have to walk back and forth to get the blocks!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I have some extra blueberry strips so I will put on my thinking cap about a border. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I need to border this pretty quickly as all the edges are bias.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for visiting!</div>

(I cannot TELL you how long it takes me sometimes to 'figure' things out...like how to organize a stash :::pending!:::, where to store something I want to keep- and want to remember WHERE it is) Well..that ever growing pile of batting scraps? I am bagging it up to use a packing material. We are just about ready to do a flooring update in our living room/dining room/main hallway/laundry room (ACK!)/and bedroom hallway. Its a combo a 22 yr old carpet, shifting (just a tiny bit, but enough to crack tiles!) foundation, and ...well...a dog that had kidney problems. We don't speak unkindly of him as he has left us for the Rainbow Bridge, but he DID bless that big room. SIGH Anyway...I have been having a bit of a DISCUSSION with myself about this batting. Then last night right before I dropped off to sleep...I GOT It...I am going to use that batting to pack all the dishes and glassware before we empty that room. Starting today....I am going to go get some boxes and do a couple a day. Hoping I can purge some things as I go. EmPHAsis on the HOPING!<br />
