Step TWO!

Finally! I know you have been waiting! (even if you have not, I'm gonna post this step anyway! lolol)

STEP TWO:

Cut 2 inch segments from your light background/blue strips. Sew two together to make a four patch. You will need 160 cut segments. You will end up with 80 four patches.
